Weekly Class Descriptions
- Monday: Kettlebell Circuit
Build strength, endurance, and balance with a focus on posterior chain development. This session incorporates kettlebell swings, deadlifts, lunges, glute bridges, presses, and squats to strengthen key muscle groups and enhance functionality.
- Tuesday: Strength Circuit
A powerhouse strength training session featuring sled pushes, trap bar deadlifts, bench presses, farmer carries, tire flips, leg presses, battle ropes and pulls. Designed to build muscle, functional strength, and resilience.
- Wednesday: SAQ Circuit (Speed, Agility, and Quickness)
Elevate your athletic performance with a dynamic mix of foot ladder drills, BOSU balance trainers, climbing wall challenges, BlazePod reaction lights, jumps, resistance bands, and rowing. This session improves speed, coordination, and balance while delivering a full-body burn.
- Thursday: Bodyweight/Core Circuit
Strengthen your core and improve stability with a blend of bodyweight exercises and functional tools. This session includes planks, wall stands, wall sits, step boxes, suspension trainers, stability balls, BlazePods, assault bikes, and SkiErgs for a balanced and challenging workout.
- Friday: Hustle & Muscle
A high-energy hybrid workout that combines strength, cardio, and functional fitness from the week’s sessions. Running is optional, making it adaptable to all fitness levels. This session is perfect for those ready to push their limits and finish the week strong.
- Saturday: Buddy Boost & Motion Mechanics
Start with Buddy Boost, an engaging partner-based workout where everyone succeeds, whether you come alone or bring a friend. This class combines full-body strength and cardio in a fun, supportive environment. Follow up with Motion Mechanics to improve movement quality, focusing on mobility, stability, and injury prevention with corrective exercises.
- Sunday: Performance Training (OCR Prep)
Held off-site at parks or trails, this session prepares you for obstacle course races with real-world challenges. Improve functional strength, endurance, and mental toughness while enjoying the great outdoors.
- Sunday: Yogahour
Unwind with a one-hour yoga session set to music, designed to improve flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Perfect for recovery and stress relief, this class leaves you refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
