Krystalynn Glore is a dedicated educator, athlete, and yoga instructor who brings over 15 years of experience as a middle school physical education and health teacher. Passionate about outdoor adventures, she encourages students and peers alike to embrace new challenges through activities like hiking, cycling, kayaking, and lifelong recreational sports. An endurance athlete, Krystalynn has completed half marathons, sprint triathlons, and a five-day cycling trek across Missouri, embodying the active lifestyle she promotes.
In 2020, she integrated yoga into her fitness routine and lessons, recognizing its value in active recovery, flexibility, and mindfulness—both for herself and her students. As her practice deepened, she struggled to find a style that truly resonated with her but remained committed to exploring the right fit. That journey led her to YogaHour, and in 2024, she joined a small group of like-minded individuals to complete her 200-hour YogaHour Teacher Training. Through this experience, she fell in love with the practice and knew she had to share it with her students.
Krystalynn views fitness as a lifelong journey rather than a destination, embracing her personal mantra: "Be Your Journey." Whether in the classroom, on the mat, or out in nature, she is committed to inspiring others to move with purpose, explore new challenges, and cultivate well-being in all aspects of life.
When she’s not teaching or coaching, Krystalynn can be found adventuring across the U.S. with her husband, kiddo, and pup, traveling in their tiny home camper to explore new landscapes and experiences.
